Working within a new culture, or with a new team can be hard. Intercultural competence is no longer seen as a soft skill but is now a required skill. Anyone wishing to work internationally or with others from international backgrounds must be culturally aware in today's world. A lack of cultural sensitivity can lead to lost business, a failed assignment, poor client relationships, staff attrition and ultimately wasted time and investment.
In this course, students will be given the tools to thrive in situations where they were otherwise culturally unaware of what was going on. We specialise in teaching professional American Business culture but we do offer cross culture training for other cultures too such as Indian.
